German-trained Engineer with over 45 years of experience in diverse engineering and management services.

A mechanical engineer by training with over 30 years experience in Lift and Escalator industry, after his NYSC in 1991 he worked briefly as Installation Engineer and rose to the position of Assistant Installation manager @ Feezy Engineering Ltd- the accredited suppliers and Installers of Fiam lift, he worked for 2 years and some months before joining CFAO Otis Lifts Nigeria in 1994 where he worked in all the departments b4 retiring as the Deputy General Manager of Otis Lifts Division after 28 years in service. He is leading S.M.E Ltd with a wealth of experience from technical to management of lift and Escalator engineering which required a thoroughly bred manager because of the high safety standard expected in the lift industry.

Adenike Rafiu has a degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2011 and had 7 years post NYSC working experience in a construction company before joining SME Ltd in 2020 as Finance Director
